While CPM has an extensive set of base modules, each module can be customised to
specific requirements. No installation is done without the completion of a feasibility
survey.
Feasibility surveys:
 | Analyse current paperwork flow and the, |
 | Hardware and computing environment, |
 | Determines what the client hopes to achieve, and then |
 | What is possible within time and budget constraints, making |
 | Networking and hardware recommendations, and |
 | Mapping the potential system flow. |
Design surveys:
 | Ascertain functional requirements of programs, screens and reports. |
 | Prototypes systems around a RADD (Rapid Application and Development) iterative approach
and |
 | Use client involvement to critique systems, generate feedback and sign off on the end
solution. |
Programming
 | Building of custom systems to client specifications. Again this is an iterative
approach. |
In all cases, the client has involvement in the design and implementation and hence,
is directly involved in the success of the final solution.
