The system is compliant with NOSA procedures and standards.

The main objective are to store facility information, checklists, surveys, instructions and inspections in MS Word document format and to be able to manage these documents.

For an average site, over 200 Inspection and Survey documents need to be generated each month.

Releasing inspections manually, at either the end or beginning of each month, is a logistical nightmare when

bulletMaster documents need to be copied and issued,
bulletResults need to be recorded and Non Compliances identified.
bulletCorrective work orders need to be raised, and monitored.
bulletNon Compliant areas need to be re Surveyed and Inspected

CPM's Safety System automates this procedure. It controls the printing of the MS Word documents through automatic DDE and API links, the checking of Non-Compliances and the following of these Non-Compliances into Work Orders and eventually sign off.

The system maintains various reports throughout the system to check on safety criteria and produces statistics at the end of each month.

It features an easy to use drill downs from a entire corporation to specific Facility and Element levels and it is well integrated to CPM's Maintenance and History recording system.

Site Viewer

At each level of the Site Viewer you can view Facilities, Elements, Standard Operating Procedures and Overall Statistics

There are four levels of drill downs until you reach the bottom Facility level.

At the Facility level, you are presented with common Facilities and Elements which in turn, links to Registers, Inspections, Check Lists and Standards, Surveys and Standard Operating Procedures against each Element

Non compliances are the Facilities' History file. A 5.40 report is available for all Non-Compliance's and Standard Operating Procedures.

Inspections
