This module keeps track of employees and their trades.

Skills and experience are monitored with regular updates from the Production module.

It also codes, tracks and analyses accidents, compensation claims and rehabilitation from work related injuries.

It is used with Work Order Time Slips to hold labour rates and costs, and can be linked to the Payroll sub module of Accounting. Fields include:

bulletIdentification code/ clock numbers.

bulletSkills.
bulletRosters.

Segmentation of work descriptions by:

bulletAppointments. Duties that the employee has to perform as part of his job description.
bulletAuthorisations. Permission that the employee has to perform certain actions.
bulletSkills. Qualifications that an employee has to carry out certain actions. These may be gained through experience or course work.

Appointments, Authorisations and Skills are monitored for updates and currency.
