This module keeps track of employees and their trades.

Skills and experience are monitored with regular updates from the Production module.

It also codes, tracks and analyses accidents, compensation claims and rehabilitation from work related injuries.

It is used with Work Order Time Slips to hold labour rates and costs, and can be linked to the Payroll sub module of Accounting. Fields include:

	Employee Data:
	Identification code/ clock numbers.
	Nick name.
	Addresses.
	Trades.
	Skills.
	Rosters.
	Union.
	Next of Kin.
	Medical check print outs.

Segmentation of work descriptions by:

	Appointments. Duties that the employee has to perform as part of his job description.
	Authorisations. Permission that the employee has to perform certain actions.
	Skills. Qualifications that an employee has to carry out certain actions. These may be gained through experience or course work.

Appointments, Authorisations and Skills are monitored for updates and currency.

	Employee codes.
	Accident identification numbers.
	New or recurring classification.
	Date.
	Plant.
	Shift.
	Classification code.
	Location code.
	Injury code.
	Return to work date.
	Injury lost time.
	Production lost time.

	Medical certificate start and end dates
	Injury type classification.

	Payments, normal and bonus.
	Date paid.
