Assets details are the hub of maintenance management.

The module maintains all physical, operational, financial and geographical aspects of assets. Their relationship with each other is defined by asset groups, which can be independent or hierarchical. Individual items can be found by patterned searches.

Asset Register:

bulletUp to 7 asset group levels with virtually unlimited numbers of records per group.

Financial Details:

bulletCapital cost, when paid and the service meters units when acquired.
bulletReplacement cost, when last revised and cost (in standard dollars) per service meter unit.
bulletMarket value and when assessed.
bulletType of ownership or finance, periodic liability and depreciation.
bulletUp to 3 hire rates with revision date.
bulletDiscounted cash flow analysis based on expenses (capital, repair and replacement costs) and revenues (from hire rates).
bulletDeclining balance and straight line depreciation.

Budgets:

bulletCan be set for asset groups and plant items.

bulletSmoothing to generate monthly from yearly budgets.
